Like many of the videos and other stunts from Paddy Power, this might be a little bit tongue in cheek. However I’m going to share it as I’m a huge fan of Hibbo myself. So here’s all the reasons why Paddy Power reckon that Tony Hibbert is better than Sergio Ramos, and why he gets a place in their “Ordinary Allstars” squad.

I think most Evertonians will agree that while Hibbo is never going to be remembered as the most talented player we’ve ever had, he’s Mr Reliable, never complains and rarely lets you down. In short, a club man and the sort of guy you want in and around your squad (although probably not as first choice).

Whether or not Paddy are taking the p*ss with these videos is open to debate. There’s a whole series of them featuring other stalwarts like Charlie Adam and Jack Colback. Personally I am a Paddy Power fan and I do bet with them. Their promos are pretty good so if you want you can get a free bet and show your solidarity for their appreciation of Hibbo. Or not, if you prefer. It’s all the same to me. Perhaps you want to wait for their Leon Osman video first….
